I laughed, cried, and occasionally rage-walked through it all. If you’re navigating your own storm, or just need a new listen for your loop around the block, I’ve got you covered.

Plot twist - 6 months after my marriage ended, my best friend broke up with me too.
Female friendships can be some of the most powerful connections you can have in your lifetime, but that means they can also hurt the most when they end.
In this episode, I’m unpacking the heartbreak, the tough lessons, and the weirdly empowering aftermath of losing a friend when you’re already in pieces.

Ep 20 - Flatpack Feminism

Feminism, Solo Parenting & Asking for Help
This week I’m being honest about the mental tug-of-war I’ve been having as a single mum and a feminist. From housework to parenting to dismantling a wardrobe solo, I’ve caught myself slipping into old-school gender role thinking, even when I know better.
But gender roles aside... do you believe in masculine and feminine energy? Because apparently, figuring out what strength really looks like also means learning how to receive, like asking for help instead of wrestling flat-pack furniture while crying into an Ikea instruction booklet.

Let your sweat be your prayer.
I spent the full moon at a sober cacao rave—dancing, singing, and immersing myself in an incredible community. This week, I’m diving into the deep need for belonging and connection.
And with St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, let’s talk the truth behind the legend—was it really about driving the snakes out of Ireland?

Did I tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Well… who knew I’d have to stand in a witness box and swear an oath? Definitely not me.
This week, I officially got divorced in court, and let’s just say there were a few surprises along the way. So, here’s a list of things I wish I had known before starting this process - because trust me, it’s a ride.

Ep 15 - The Anglerfish

Monday Feb 17, 2025

Monday Feb 17, 2025

How a Tiny Anglerfish Became the Internet’s Favourite Feminist Icon.
I never thought I’d get emotional over a little anglerfish, but here we are. I'm so invested in the tale of a tiny deep-sea underdog who fought her way to the surface -  just to see the light on her last day. It’s a wild journey of resilience, determination, and how the internet turned her into an unexpected hero.

Back from a mental health break - let’s talk about being single (forever?).
Valentine’s Day triggered an existential crisis, but I survived to spill the tea. Most of the time, I love doing things solo—but sometimes, a Hallmark holiday can send you into a three-day doom spiral on the couch. If you’ve ever felt the same, this episode is for you.
Why Valentine’s Day can get in the bin, the reality of embracing solitude, and… should I start a singles event?

Last Saturday night in Belfast, I took myself out to dinner solo. What I didn’t expect was a wave of anxiety and tears hitting me five hours beforehand.
